Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare or facial products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at luxelookesthetics@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Digital products (including downloads and PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered.

Once we begin offering merch, return and refund details for those items will be outlined clearly on each product page.
